HIGHWAY GUARDRAIL MANUFACTURER IN MALAYSIA

Galvaco guardrail manufacturer plant employs a rolling mill for fast production of corrugated W-beam guardrails. The guardrail manufacturer plant also produces various types of steel channel post, channel blocks, various types of end sections, terminal sections, reflectors and other related guardrail accessories. These highway guardrails complies to AASHTO M180-00 and are hot dip galvanized to international standards of BS 729/EN ISO 1461 for corrosion protection and to ensure durability in all weather conditions

Galvaco has an in-house hot dip galvanizing facility to galvanize guardrails and highway products. Other than allowing the guardrails to be coated efficiently, this facility also provides convenience to highway contractors who needs the galvanizing services.

GUARDRAIL MANUFACTURER IN SHAH ALAM

Highway guardrails are manufactured from high strength steel plates with tensile strength of 490 Mpa or 70,000 psi. These high strength steel coils are manufactured by oversea steel mills. The large coils from the steel mill are slit into smaller coils by Steel Service Centers to size suitable for the guardrail manufacturing process.
